Copenhagen: why can't we write off Third World debt at the same as dealing with the environment?

This article is from the same newspaper that broke the Climategate scandal. The author is a lobbyist for the warmist agenda and is still permitted to spew guilt and venom at the developed world without being sued for fraud. These are the people we are fighting because they want to destroy us and our way of life.

The answer of course is that many countries belong to the third world because they have corrupt systems of government and do not respect the rule of law. Trillions of dollars of aid has had little effect and was squandered. Are we now to expect that aid to combat a global fraud will be spent to benefit mankind?
